All Drop-Ins (Monday – Saturday) are open to the public at limited availability for students that are not already enrolled in our academy at an hourly rate. Each student is subject to a wellness check per visit and the parent/guardian must fill-out emergency forms or have forms on file before drop-off. The school will verify and make a copy of appropriate identification during drop-off (identification must be valid and not expired). All fees must be paid up front during drop-off and are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. If paying with cash/check, we will ask for a card to hold on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Similar to hourly drop-ins during the week, Saturday School is an hourly service. Parents are allowed to bring their child(ren) in for hourly care. Registration documents are required. Saturday school is $10 per hour, paid in advance.

Yes, uniforms and closed-toe shoes are MANDATORY for all students 1 year and older. Infants’ uniforms are available but optional. Uniforms can be purchased from any uniform store. Uniform shirts are hunter green (logo is supplied through our school) and bottoms are plaid or navy blue. Uniforms can also be purchased through our Online Store. Special FREE DRESS days will be announced.
Cash, Personal Check (subject to a daily $35 charge if returned), through the Brightwheel App (Apple App or Android App): Debit/ ACH Bank Transfers (subject to a $0.60 fee in addition to the charge), & Credit Cards (subject to a 2.9% fee in addition to the charge) which includes Autopay. Tuition is to be paid on a BI-WEEKLY basis only. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Varies, if a student misses up to 2 days per week (attends 3 or more days that week), the parent/guardian is still responsible for the full week’s tuition. If a student misses more than 2 days and needs to continue services, the parent/guardian will have the option to pay the hourly rate ($8/hour) for the rest of that week only or full weekly tuition.
